The truth is that I knew very little about Albert Lee, but his gig at the Jersey Opera House last week was a part of his ongoing and gruelling tour in what is his 76th year, which speaks volumes. Just looking at the dates and the venues spread around the world makes me feel tired.
Alison Moyet is still a force to be reckoned with. Her drive and passion about her music resulted in a powerful performance in Jersey last night which got fans to their feet and feeling the ages they were in 1984 when a solo Moyet divinely intervened in their music sphere.

One young musician, Leeds-based Rock/Alternative multi-instrumentalist, Aiden Hatfield, openly suffers from depression. He believes he wouldn’t be alive if music wasn’t a part of his life.
