Encore JADC – A Trio of One-Act Plays

The JADC have been back in action this week in The Studio at Jersey's Opera House.  This time without a full-blown orchestra and without a full ensemble.  Just a few props, in an intimate setting and some of the stalwarts of the club acting alongside some of its newer members.

Glasgow – A Big City with a Big Heart

But the icing on my Glasgow West End cake was A Play, A Pie and A Pint.

One More Success for TimpanAli

The enthusiasm on stage was fuelled by the energy surging out from the orchestra pit below ... I thought the London Philharmonic Orchestra was down there and there were only 11 of them.

Les Mis Parody

So I hedged a bit before posting a parody of Le Mis, believing that nobody has the right to take the micheal out of such a beautiful contribution to the musical theatre ... but it really made me smile so I couldn't help myself.

Brits off Broadway – Dillie Keane

Wish I was in New York right now, but for those of you lucky enough to be, here is one not to miss @ 59E59. Fascinating Aida's Dillie Keane takes her one woman show to New York.   Like it says on the packet, she is funny, gutsy and brutally honest. With Michael Roulston on... Continue Reading →

Collabro – and then there were four

Don't worry. Social Media maybe awash with crying imojis, but I can assure you there is nothing to worry about. All it means is that the fabulous five have now become the fantastic four as the show goes on with Jamie, Matt, Tom and Michael as a four piece. We all wish Richard well and eagerly await news of his plans.
