Two other people were injured (and the number is rising) as well at the start of Pamplona’s Running of the Bulls Festival. Just how many more people are going to be badly injured or, even worse, killed during this abhorrent excuse for a sport?

I know it is tradition, I know it is a part of the Spanish culture, as it is for many other countries around the world, but it is really distressing to watch and so cruel.  Many sports are dangerous but they do not involve the baiting of an animal which once sufficiently angry and frightened is more than capable of trampling over everybody in its path, then put out of its misery by the Matador.  I do not call that sport.  Do you?
